Tim went above and beyond for this home purchase. We’d previously been in a communication with a different address. I didn’t end up closing on said property. However, he remained in communication and was a great help when I was interested in buying a home this go around. Much to my surprise, closing took less than 30days and everything went extremely smoothly. I’m so thankful to have had him on my team.

Tim Did a great job. At our first meeting. We told Tim what we were looking for. He picked out around 6 houses or so. We looked at all of them. And all of this was on a Sunday. I also work in sales. I was impressed that he was out hustling on Sunday. We found a house that we liked. We let him know that we were interested in the house at 3240 Shetland. Within a few hours we had a contract on that house. And the wheels were turning. Again, all of this was on a Sunday. We had a lot of questions along the way. Tim was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning when we started looking at houses to the moment we came under contract. He was always there to answer questions and he was ready to show us and and all houses we would request. I only have a bit of some constructive criticism; once we were under contract, communication from Tim because extremely scarce. I am a first time home buyer and did have some questions throughout the closing process. Tim did answer them for me, however it would take a couple of days before we would hear back from him. I do understand that agents have other clients and have lives outside of real estate, but buying a home is a nerve racking, huge life step and the closing process is slightly intimidating. I believe communication from the agent should be heightened when a client gets under contract. Other than that, Tim was so, so great.

He worked really well with us, even going so far to do video tours of houses since we couldnt be there in person, helped us get an extension when i couldnt get my orders due to military issues so we could still get our house. We love our house and we are so grateful for him helping us get it, when its time for us to move again we will be reaching back out to help us sell :) THANK YOU SO MUCH TIM! If you military i highly suggest asking for Tim he made the home buying process for us so simple.
